What is an Introductory Flight?
An introductory (or familiarization) flight is an important step in your decision to learn to fly. During the half-hour flight, you actually take the controls of the aircraft (under supervision of your instructor) just like you would during a regular lesson. This gives you the opportunity to experience first hand the thrill of flight and the process you will go through in order to obtain your licence.
What do I need to try it?
You should call or visit Stratford Air Services Ltd at the Stratford Municipal Airport to book an appointment. Sometimes due to weather conditions, you may have to re-book. Dress appropriately for the current weather conditions and you can bring a camera and some friends to watch your first take-off! This is an experience you will remember for a very long time.
